Facebook & Twitter Tips

Do you know the best days and times to post on Facebook and tweet on Twitter?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the best days to post and tweet. Sunday is the worst day to post and tweet but the best day to follow.
The best times to tweet are: 11am-3pm EST, 9pm-11pm EST. Mornings aren’t great but you should still do a morning block of tweets.
